I attended a webinar about creating PMAs and will continue to explore this option as it seems very viable and well suited 01/15/2026. As the Sovereignty Salon's aim is public education, I think it will have a different formal structure but we will work closely with a local PMA.
AI Kip: I will also find existing 501c3 organizations for us to partner with, and hope to have some leads by next meeting. (This is still ongoing; the Virginia Freedom Tech which I've coordinated with for the Meshtastic radios has a 501c3; I've reached out to the food/land organizations about volunteering partnerships).
AI All: In the next meeting I will be asking for people who would like to take positions of leadership, acting as "team captains" or "subcommittee chairs." Please think on fun imaginative names for any role you would like to take!

AI All: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are important, but I think we are still early for that. Please brainstorm what a standard event might look like so that we can begin to draft SOPs.
