Business and Policy
About
I’m an economist trained across borders: two M.Sc. degrees, one in Ireland, the other in Belgium. I work at the intersection of public finance, global risk, and applied research. My work spans city hall to sovereign ratings, with projects that have informed local budgets, national grant strategies, and international economic outlooks. I offer sniper-level precision in research, forecasting, and financial analysis. I’ve published in peer-reviewed journals, won national research awards, and I don’t miss deadlines or data points.
Professional Background
I've contributed economic intelligence to governments, investors, and researchers including modeling revenue volatility, decoding macroeconomic signals, or preparing briefings that actually get read. In local government, I co-led infrastructure grant strategies tied to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. At IHS Markit, I worked on sovereign risk ratings, tourism demand forecasting, and market structure analysis for the APAC region. And as an independent researcher, I’ve published award-winning work on transparency in public finance, which was presented on the national stage to a standing room only audience. While I work independently, I’m no stranger to collaborating with public-sector teams, boards, and community stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
